​Solar Decathlon is a Europe based competition where each team has to prepare deliverable till the final showdown in Europe. Each team have to make a net zero house using green materials and energy resources. Academy of Architecture collaborated with IIT-Mumbai to take part in the competition and won honourable. The house was assembled in IIT and was dismantled to rebuilt it on the competition site in Paris. Using green material architecture design to reduce the use of lights and air-condition.
