PROJECT: Physical Planning – Development of Land at Lower Parel, Mumbai. 
DURATION: 6 weeks 

AIM: To understand concepts of physical planning like plotting, layouts, land use distribution and built up / density calculations with the help of building bye laws for the city of Greater Mumbai (DCR of Greater Mumbai)

The site is located at Lower parel, next to Phoenix mills where the new Namaste towers is proposed

 and measures 40,125 sqmts.
