The Project brief was rebuilding the residential unit after demolishing the Existing Unit. The building was attached to existing unit on west side.Existing Beam extensions were used to locate the new beams and slab. This restricted the structural design to some extend and the interior was designed based on the beam and column layout. This project was handled by me individually from demolishing, structure till interiors and material selection. Client's Budget was nominal and careful selection of contractors, interior fitout, interior materials and finishes was done. Overall the project was delivered Under budget and under time.

The client was happy with the result and shared is deep sense of cozy homeliness with the space.
